The Department of Academic Affairs of the University is an important management structure responsible for strategic planning of the educational process, coordination of educational and methodological activities, and continuous improvement of the quality of education. The activities of the Department are organized on the basis of national and international educational standards, and are based on digital transformation and innovative approaches.

The Department of Academic Affairs serves to provide students with modern knowledge and practical skills, develop the pedagogical and scientific potential of professors and teachers, and also increase the prestige of the University in the international educational arena.

Educational and Methodological Department

The Educational and Methodological Department ensures the planning and methodologically correct organization of the educational process.

The Department:

  • develops curricula and subject programs
  • prepares and updates educational and methodological complexes
  • effectively implements the credit-module system
  • works to improve the qualifications and methodological training of professors and teachers
  • The Department also serves to increase the efficiency of education by introducing modern pedagogical technologies into the educational process.

    International Relations Department

    The International Relations Department is an important link in ensuring the international integration of the university.

    Within the framework of the department's activities:

  • Cooperation agreements with foreign higher education institutions are concluded
  • Joint educational programs and diplomas are established
  • Academic mobility programs are implemented
  • Opportunities for participation in international grants, projects and conferences are created
  • These processes serve to expand the international experience of students and faculty

    Education Quality Control Department

    This department is engaged in systematic control and assessment of the quality of the educational process.

    Its main tasks include:

  • conducting internal monitoring and auditing
  • analyzing the quality of training sessions
  • improving assessment criteria
  • continuously analyzing educational results
  • The department's activities are aimed at developing proposals and recommendations aimed at improving the quality of education.

    Digital Technologies Department

    The Department of Digital Technologies forms a digital learning environment at the university.

    This department:

  • introduces electronic and distance learning systems
  • carries out work on automating the educational process
  • develops digital platforms and information systems
  • improves the quality of education through IT solutions
  • The department serves to create a continuous and comfortable learning environment based on modern technologies.

    Information Resource Center

    The Information Resource Center is an important infrastructure that provides information for educational and scientific activities

    The Center:

  • forms a collection of printed and electronic literature
  • provides access to scientific databases
  • establishes electronic library services
  • supports independent learning of students
  • Currently, the total fund of the Center consists of 13,556 items of literature, of which 10,402 are in Uzbek, 2,834 are in Russian, and 320 are in English. The Center has created databases of magazines and newspapers, electronic books, popular science magazines, and has multimedia educational materials.
