License for Non-state Educational Services

The University carries out higher education activities in full compliance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The right to provide higher education services is granted to the University on the basis of a state license issued by the authorized governmental body. This license allows the University to offer academic programs at the bachelor’s, master’s, and postgraduate levels.

The license confirms that the University’s educational programs, academic staff, material and technical resources, and scientific capacity fully meet the established state educational standards and regulatory requirements.

Diplomas awarded by the University are officially recognized by the state and have legal validity within the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The educational process is organized in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Education”, state educational standards, and licensing regulations.

License

The University provides higher education services under the state license No. 1245178, issued on December 19, 2025, by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The license confirms the University’s authorization to deliver academic programs in approved fields of study.

Central Asian Medical University, a non-governmental educational institution, provides postgraduate education services under the state license No. 306573, issued on June 25, 2024, by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The license authorizes specialist training in morphology, internal medicine, and preventive medicine.

Accreditation plans

To enhance educational quality and achieve international recognition, the University is implementing a phased strategy to obtain accreditation from globally recognized and reputable international bodies, including WFME (World Federation for Medical Education), ENQA (European Association for Quality Assurance in Higher Education), EQAR (European Quality Assurance Register), as well as other internationally acknowledged accreditation organizations.

This strategy focuses on aligning academic programmes and internal quality assurance systems with international standards.
