In 2008-2012, he graduated from the Faculty of Informatics and Information Technologies of the Fergana Branch of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies, specializing in programming. He also completed a master's degree in Video Technologies at the Faculty of Television Technologies of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad Al-Khorezmiy in 2020-2022. He began his career as an operator at the Carbamide Department of the Fergana Azot Association in 2012-2017. In 2019-2020, he was the head of the Electronic Information Resource Center of the Fergana Polytechnic Institute. In 2022-2023, he worked as a teacher of Informatics at Margilan City School No. 3.
Since September 2023, he has been working as an assistant teacher at the Department of "Modeling of Hygienic and Medical Processes" at the CAMU International Medical University. Mukaramov Tohir Tojiboyevich is considered one of the leading professors-teachers during his career at the university, and according to his personal characteristics, he is a demanding, responsible approach to his profession and work, an initiative-maker, an active employee in public affairs, and enjoys special respect and attention among his team.
He has 3 years of experience in teaching information technology subjects in medicine. He has published scientific articles and theses in more than 15 international and republican scientific journals. He is the author of 1 textbook, 1 training manual and a set of tests on the subject "Information Technologies in Medicine".
