Mominov Qosimjon Akhmedovich was born on August 16, 1966 in the Kushtepa district of Fergana region.
In 1992, he graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the Andijan State Medical Institute. In 1993, he completed an internship as an anesthesiologist-resuscitator at the Andijan State Medical Institute.
Mominov Qosimjon Akhmedovich began his career in 1993 as an anesthesiologist-resuscitator at Fergana City Hospital No. 3. In 1993-1994, he was the head of the Medical Department of the Fergana City Military Hospital. In 1994-1998, he was the head of the Dermatovenerology Department of the Fergana City Military Hospital. In 1998-2006, he was a senior lecturer at the military department of the Andijan State Medical Institute. In 2021-2022, he worked as a therapist at the 42nd family polyclinic. In 2022-2024, he worked as a resuscitator on call for emergency medical services.
From 2024 to the present, he has been working as a teacher at the Department of Infectious Diseases and Dermatovenerology, Faculty of Medicine, Central Asian Medical University.
