Madaminov Sodiq Madaminovich was born on 20.01.1945 in the city of Osh, Kyrgyzstan. In 1961, he entered the Namangan Medical College and graduated with honors in 1964. According to his diploma, he was awarded the specialty "Assistant Sanitary Doctor". Total work experience is 64 years of pedagogical work, 53 years of work experience. In 1968, after returning from the army, he entered the Faculty of Medicine of the Kyrgyz State Medical Institute and in 1974 received a diploma with the number NB №342339 in the specialty "treating doctor". In 1988, he successfully defended his candidacy dissertation on the topic "Different stages of heart edema and their reversal" at the Scientific Council of the Tashkent Medical Academy. Diploma MD №029902, March 2, 1988. Since September 5, 2025, he has been working as the head of the department of "Anatomy and Microanatomy" of the Faculty of Medicine of the Central Asian Medical University.
Has he been awarded state awards (what): S.M.Madaminov, along with his exemplary pedagogical activities, has been awarded several times by the regional leadership for his activity in public affairs and education of the future generation. In 1996-1998, he was elected director of the regional family center on a public basis. During his time at the institute, he always set an example for young people and performed his duties on time and with high quality. By the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 24, 2021, he was awarded the badge of the 30th anniversary of the Independence of Uzbekistan. Thus, for many years of exemplary services in the field of medical and pedagogical education, S.M.Madaminov was awarded the title of Honored Worker of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan by the resolution of the Ministry of Health dated 06-11-2023 No. 306-k. Certificate number 15.01.
S.M.Madaminov chose the topic of his doctoral dissertation “Medical literacy of the population is the guarantee of a healthy generation”. In order to study and summarize this scientific work, in 2022-2023, he conducted medical examinations in 15 regions of the Fergana region and found that the medical literacy of the population is extremely low. According to statistical data, it was determined that the health of the population depends on lifestyle by 19%, genetic factors by 20%, and health workers by 9%. It is an undeniable fact that the lifestyle of the population depends on its level of medical literacy. Therefore, currently S.M.Madaminov is working on solving the social problem of raising the medical literacy of the population to a high level and raising a healthy generation in the future.
According to the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 24, 2021, he was awarded a badge for his services on the occasion of the "30th anniversary of the independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan". According to the order of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 306-K dated November 6, 2023, he was awarded the badge "Excellent Healthcare Worker of the Republic of Uzbekistan". He was awarded a certificate of honor by the Trade Union of Healthcare Workers of the Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan in May 2024 for his services. He was awarded a certificate of honor by the Trade Union of Healthcare Workers of the Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan for his services in May 2025.
