Sharipov Alisher Urmanovich was born on September 21, 1972 in Fergana, Fergana region.
In 1996, he graduated from the Faculty of Medical Work at the Andijan State Medical Institute. In 1997, he completed an internship at the Andijan State Medical Institute in the specialty "Dermatovenerology".
Sharipov Alisher Urmanovich began his career in 1997 as a dermatovenerologist at the Fergana regional branch of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Dermatovenerology and Cosmetology. From 2019 to the present, he has been working as the director of this branch.
From 2025 to the present, he has been working as a teacher at the Department of "Infectious Diseases and Dermatovenerology" of the Faculty of Medicine of the Central Asian Medical University.
