Shamatov Elyor Baxodirjonovich was born on June 22, 1993, in Fergana city. In 2023, he completed his residency in Surgery at Fergana Medical Institute of Public Health.
From 2021 to 2025, he worked as a Surgeon at the DSDS department of “Farg‘onaazot” Joint-Stock Company.
Since 2024, he has been serving as an Assistant at the Department of Surgical Sciences, Faculty of Medicine, at Central Asian Medical University.
