Yusupova Mamlakatxon Mutalibovna was born on November 28, 1970, in Chimyon village, Fergana region. In 1998, she graduated from Andijan State Medical Institute with a degree in General Medicine (qualification: Therapist). In 1998–1999, she completed her internship at Fergana Regional Hospital.
She began her professional career in 1999 as a Lecturer at the Department of Therapy of the 2nd Fergana Medical College, where she worked until 2021.
From 2021 to 2023, she served as an Assistant at the Department of Facultative Therapy (FJSTI).
From 2023 to 2024, she worked as an Assistant at the Department of Social Sciences and Physical Culture at CAMU International Medical University.
From 2024 to 2025, she served as Senior Lecturer at the Department of Internal Diseases No. 2.
In 2015, she completed a 144-hour advanced training course in Therapy at Andijan State Medical Institute.
In 2017, she completed a 40-hour course organized by the World Health Organization (WHO) and UNICEF on the implementation of vaccination and immunization programs in medical education.
In 2024, she completed a 1100-hour course in Medical Psychology at Moscow International University (Russian Federation).
In 2026, she completed a 576-hour professional retraining course in Pedagogy at the Regional Center of Fergana State University.
Since September 2025, she has been working as Acting Associate Professor at the Department of Pediatric Surgery and Propaedeutics of Internal Diseases at CAMU International Medical University.
