Madmarov Doniyor Abdumuxtor ugli was born on November 28, 1995, in Novkent village, Fergana district, Fergana region. In 2020, he graduated from Andijan State Medical Institute with a degree in General Medicine. In 2023, he completed his clinical residency in Neurology at the Fergana Institute of Public Health.
He began his professional career in 2020 at the Shoximardonobod Rural Family Medical Center in Fergana district. During 2020–2021, he served as the Head of this medical center. At the same time, he worked as a duty emergency physician at the Avval Department of the Fergana Branch of the Republican Emergency Medical Center.
Since 2023, he has been working as a Neurologist at the Department of Neurology of the Fergana Branch of the Republican Scientific Center of Emergency Medical Care. In 2023–2024, he worked as a Lecturer in Pharmacology at the Department of Fundamentals of Pathology and Forensic Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Central Asian Medical University (CAMU). In 2024–2025, he served as a Lecturer in Neurology at the Department of Internal Diseases No. 2 of the same university. In 2024, he completed a 144-hour advanced training course in Neurology at the Tashkent Center for Professional Development of Medical Workers. In 2025, he completed a 576-hour professional retraining course in Pedagogy at the Regional Center of Fergana State University. In 2026, he defended his PhD dissertation in Neurology.
Since September 2025, he has been working as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Pediatric Surgery and Propaedeutics of Internal Diseases at CAMU International Medical University.
