Axmedov Jahongir Xamitjon ogli was born on July 3, 1995, in Fergana city, Fergana region. In 2021, he graduated from the Fergana Institute of Public Health with a degree in Vocational Education (General Medicine). In 2023, he completed his clinical residency in Urology at the same institute.
He began his professional career in 2021–2022 as a General Practitioner at Fergana City Family Polyclinic No. 1. From 2022 to 2024, he worked as an Emergency Response Physician in the Fergana City Emergency Medical Service. From September to December 2024, he attended the “Initial Professional Training” course at the Ministry of Internal Affairs Advanced Training Institute. From December 2024 to August 2025, he worked as a Psychiatrist at Investigation Detention Facility No. 10 (2nd Regional District).
Since September 2025, he has been working as an Assistant at the Department of Pediatric Surgery and Propaedeutics of Internal Diseases at Central Asian Medical University (CAMU).
