Mangasaryan Arsen Arsenovich was born on September 11, 1992, in Fergana city, Fergana region. In 2018, he graduated from Andijan State Medical Institute with a degree in General Medicine. In 2022, he completed his clinical residency in Cardiology at the Tashkent Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education (TashIUV).
He began his professional career in 2018–2019 as a Physician at Family Polyclinic No. 1. In 2022, he worked as a Physician at “ASAF MEDICAL” Family Enterprise. In 2022, he served as a Cardiologist (part-time) at the Fergana Branch of the Republican Scientific Center of Emergency Medical Care. From 2022 to 2023, he worked as a Cardiologist at the same center. From 2023 to 2025, he served as Head of Department at the Fergana Regional Branch of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Cardiology.
Since 2025, he has been working as a Cardiologist at “Uromed ABK-Shifo” LLC and as an Assistant at the Department of Pediatric Surgery and Propaedeutics of Internal Diseases at CAMU International Medical University.
