Karimov Kuddusjon Abduxayatovich was born on May 22, 1960, in Rishton district, Fergana region. In 1983, he graduated from Andijan State Medical Institute with a degree in General Medicine. In 1984, he completed his internship in Psychiatry at the Fergana Regional Branch of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center for Mental Health.
He began his professional career in 1984–1988 as a Psychiatrist at the Fergana Regional Branch of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center for Mental Health. From 1988 to 2008, he served as Deputy Director of the same institution. Since 2008, he has been serving as Director of the Fergana Regional Branch of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center for Mental Health.
Since 2025, he has also been working as an Assistant at the Department of Pediatric Surgery and Propaedeutics of Internal Diseases at CAMU International Medical University.
