Parpiyev Shaxzod Ixtiyor ogli was born on September 24, 1992, in Fergana city, Fergana region. In 2018, he graduated from Tashkent Medical Academy with a degree in General Medicine. In 2021, he completed his Master’s degree in Psychiatry at Tashkent Medical Academy.
He began his professional career in 2017–2018 as a Paramedic at the Emergency Department of Tashkent City Clinical Psychiatric Hospital. In 2018, he worked as a General Practitioner at Avval Territorial Polyclinic in Fergana district. In 2018, he served as a Physician-Methodologist at the Republican Psychiatric Hospital for Intensive Supervision in Tashkent. From 2019 to 2021, he worked as a Duty Physician at the Admission Department of Tashkent City Clinical Psychiatric Hospital. Since 2021, he has been working as a Psychiatrist at the Fergana Regional Branch of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center for Mental Health.
Since 2023, he has also been serving as an Assistant at the Department of Pediatric Surgery and Propaedeutics of Internal Diseases at Central Asian Medical University (CAMU).
