Qodirov Xamidillo Xolmatovich was born on February 14, 1986, in Quva district, Fergana region. In 2009, he graduated from Andijan State Medical Institute.
He began his professional career in 2009–2012 as a General Practitioner at a Rural Medical Center in Okhunboboyev district. From 2012 to 2019, he worked as a Pediatric Surgeon at the Fergana Regional Multidisciplinary Children’s Medical Center.
Since 2019, he has been serving as Deputy Chief Physician for Surgical Affairs at the Fergana Regional Multidisciplinary Children’s Medical Center. Since 2025, he has also been working as an Assistant at the Department of Pediatric Surgery and Propaedeutics of Internal Diseases at Central Asian Medical University (CAMU).
