Boltaboyev To‘lqinboy Tursunaliyevich was born on April 28, 1980, in Oltiariq district, Fergana region. In 2004, he graduated from Andijan State Medical Institute with a degree in General Medicine. In 2007, he completed his Master’s degree in Pediatric Surgery at the same institute.
He began his professional career in 2007–2010 as an Assistant at the Department of Pediatric Surgery at Andijan State Medical Institute. Since 2011, he has been working as a Pediatric Surgeon at the Fergana Regional Multidisciplinary Children’s Medical Center.
Since 2025, he has also been serving as an Assistant at the Department of Pediatric Surgery and Propaedeutics of Internal Diseases at Central Asian Medical University (CAMU).
