Kabilova Dilbar Kamilovna was born on January 17, 1961, in Uzbekistan District, Fergana Region, Republic of Uzbekistan. In 1984, she graduated from the Faculty of Pediatrics at Andijan State Medical Institute.
She began her professional career in 1984.
From 1978 to 1984, she was a student at Andijan State Medical Institute.
From 1984 to 1985, she worked as an intern doctor at Kokand City Children’s Hospital.
From 1985 to 1988, she served as a pediatrician at Boarding School No. 82.
From 1988 to 1993, she worked as an infectious disease specialist at Fergana City Children’s Polyclinic.
From 1993 to 1995, she was the Head of the Senior Children’s Department at Fergana City Children’s Hospital.
From 1995 to 1999, she served as Deputy Chief Physician for Medical Affairs at Fergana City Children’s Hospital.
From 1999 to 2003, she was Head of the Emergency Pediatrics Department at the Fergana branch of the Republican Scientific Center for Emergency Medical Care.
From 2003 to 2004, she served as Chief Pediatrician of the Fergana Regional Health Department.
From 2004 to 2012, she worked as Chief Physician of the Fergana Regional Multidisciplinary Children’s Medical Center.
From 2012 to 2016, she worked as a pediatrician in the admission department of the same center.
From 2016 to 2018, she worked as a pediatrician at the private enterprise “Farg‘ona Tibbiyot Fayz.”
From 2018 to 2019, she served as Chief Physician of “Reasentr” LLC in Fergana.
From 2020 to 2023, she worked as a lecturer at Fergana Public Health Medical Institute.
Since 2023, she has been serving as the Head of the Department of Pediatrics at CAMU.
