Maxmudova Gulchiroy To‘xtasinovna was born on March 2, 1973, in Margilan city, Fergana region. In 1996, she graduated from Andijan State Medical Institute. In 1997, she completed her medical internship.
She began her professional career in 1997–2008 as a Psychiatrist at the Psychoneurology Department of Margilan city. From 2008 to 2011, she worked as a Psychiatrist at the Margilan City Psychoneurological Dispensary. Between 2011 and 2017, she served as a Psychiatrist at the Margilan City Multidisciplinary Central Polyclinic. Since 2017, she has been working as a Psychiatrist at the Multidisciplinary Central Polyclinic of the Margilan City Medical Association.
Since 2024, she has also been working part-time as an Assistant at the Department of Pediatric Surgery and Propaedeutics of Internal Diseases at CAMU International Medical University.
