Shamsutdinova Madina Iskandarovna was born on November 7, 1996, in Fergana city, Fergana region. In 2021, she graduated from Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute. In 2023, she completed her clinical residency in Pediatric Neurology at the Center for Professional Development of Medical Workers in Tashkent.
She began her professional career in 2021 as a Family Physician at Polyclinic No. 5 in Fergana city. From 2023 to 2025, she worked as a Neuropathologist at the Regional Children’s Multidisciplinary Medical Center (state institution).
Since 2025, she has been working as a Neuropathologist at “Reacenter Fergana” Private Clinic and as an Assistant at the Department of Pediatric Surgery and Propaedeutics of Internal Diseases at Central Asian Medical University (CAMU).
