Saydaliyev Sultong‘ozi Sotvoldiyevich was born on August 21, 1959, in Margilan city, Fergana region. In 1982, he graduated from Samarkand State Medical Institute. In 1983, he completed his internship in Surgery at the Pediatric Clinic of Andijan State Medical Institute.
He began his professional career in 1983–1988 as a Resident Physician at the Department of Pediatric Surgery of the Fergana Regional Children’s Hospital.
From 1988 to 2000, he served as Head of the Interdistrict Pediatric Surgery Department at the Margilan City United Children’s Hospital.
Between 2000 and 2011, he worked as Head of the Emergency Pediatric Surgery Department at the Fergana Branch of the Republican Scientific Center of Emergency Medical Care.
From 2011 to 2015, he served as Deputy Chief Physician for General Surgical Affairs at the same institution.
Since 2015, he has been serving as Head of the Emergency Pediatric Surgery Department at the Fergana Branch of the Republican Scientific Center of Emergency Medical Care.
Since 2025, he has also been working as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Pediatric Surgery and Propaedeutics of Internal Diseases at CAMU International Medical University.
