Dilshod Abdurakhimovich Sulaymanov was born on December 18, 1979, in Fergana city, Fergana region, Republic of Uzbekistan. In 1997, he graduated from Andijan State Medical Institute.
He began his professional career in 2004–2006 as a general practitioner at the Central City Hospital of Fergana.
From 2005 to 2007, he completed his clinical residency, followed by postgraduate (PhD) training from 2007 to 2010 at the Department of Oncology of the Tashkent Institute of Advanced Medical Training. In 2010–2011, he worked there as a trainee researcher.
Simultaneously, in 2008–2011, he served as a physician-statistician in the organizational and methodological department of the Tashkent Regional Oncology Dispensary.
Between 2012 and 2015, he worked as a chemotherapy physician at the Fergana Regional Oncology Dispensary. In 2015, he served as an oncologist at the outpatient clinic, and from 2015 to 2018 continued as an oncologist in the chemotherapy department.
In 2018–2019, he was appointed Head of the Department of Head and Neck Tumors, Musculoskeletal Tumors, and Pediatric Oncology at the Fergana branch of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Oncology and Radiology.
Since 2019, he has worked as an oncologist in the same department. In 2024–2025, he held the position of Senior Lecturer at the Department of Urology and Oncology of the Fergana Medical Institute of Public Health.
Since August 2025, he has been serving as the Head of the Department of Oncology and Medical Radiology at the Central Asian Medical University (CAMU).
He has more than 18 years of teaching experience in oncology. He is the author of more than 20 scientific publications, including articles, abstracts, monographs, and educational manuals published in international and national scientific journals.
Currently, he is actively engaged in scientific research in collaboration with the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Oncology and Radiology and leading national medical centers in Tashkent.
