Ismailova Sayora Tolkinovna was born on November 9, 1986 in the city of Fergana in a family of intellectuals. By nationality - Uzbek. From 1993 to 2003 she studied at the Gymnasium of Economics and Law of the city of Fergana.
In the 2003-2007 academic years, she completed a bachelor's degree in Philology (English) at Fergana State University, and in 2014-2016 - a master's degree in Linguistics (English) with honors. She began her career in 2007-2008 at the Fergana 1st Pedagogical College as an English teacher. From 2008 to 2014, she worked as an English teacher and deputy principal at School No. 40 (IDUM) in Fergana.
From 2016 to 2021, she held the positions of English teacher, head of the international department, and dean at the Fergana University of Public Health. From 2022 to the present, she has served as the head of the international relations department at Central Asian Medical University.
