Mustafayeva Shirinoy Farkhadjonovna was born on 04.03.1979 in the Oltiariq district of Fergana city. In 1994-1999, she was a student at Fergana State University. In 1996-1999, she was the editor of the Fergana regional television and radio company "Ustoz" television studio. In 1999-2002, she was a methodologist at the Department of Spiritual, Educational and Work with Gifted Students of the Fergana Branch of the II Tashkent State Medical Academy.
In 2002-2005, she was a teacher at the Department of Psychology, Pedagogy and Preschool Education of Fergana State Preparatory and Preschool Education. In 2005-2012, she was a senior teacher at the Department of Psychology, Pedagogy and Educational Management. In 2012-2013, she was the Vice-Rector for Spiritual, Educational and Scientific Affairs. 2014 -2014-August Vice-Rector for Spiritual, Educational and Scientific Affairs. From 2015 to the present, Head of the Neuro-Psychological Center “Fergana Grand Medical Service”. In 2017-2019, “Assistant of the Psychological Center under the Youth Union” April 2019 - Psychologist of the Military Academic Lyceum “Temurbeklar Maktabi”. September 2023 - Psychologist and Pedagogist of the CAMU International Medical University. 09/19/2008 - Honored Worker of Public Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan (breastplate).
01/12/2021 - 30 years of service in the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan (breastplate) 09/29/2022 - Awarded with awards such as the State Prize “For Faithful Services”.
