Khatamova Zumrad Nazirjonovna was born on 05.10.1982 in the Oltiyaryk district of Fergana region. In 1999-2003, she graduated from the Faculty of History and Law of the Kokand State Pedagogical Institute, and in 2003-2005, she successfully completed the master's degree at the Faculty of History of Fergana State University. In 2010 and 2013, she was awarded a UN grant in the field of education, and studied and did internships in the governments of India and China. In 2005, she began a tradition of mentorship in the scientific field with Academician Dilorom Yusupova Yunusovna, Doctor of Historical Sciences, working at the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences. In 2022, the results of her long-term scientific work came true and she defended her dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Historical Sciences (PhD). In 2023, she was a listener of the Academy of State and Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and a graduate of the Oratory Course. Among the main achievements of Zumradkhon Khatamova, it is appropriate to list scientific projects. To date, she has participated in more than 50 projects and has won 5 republican and 1 international (UN) projects. She officially participated in symposiums and scientific conferences with scientists from Indonesia (Artificial Intelligence), Azerbaijan (History of Turkic-speaking states), Turkey (Relations of the Kokand Khanate with the Turkish Sultanate), America (History of the Kokand Khanate). In 2005–2023, she was a teacher at the Department of “History of Uzbekistan” at the Fergana Polytechnic Institute.
In 2023, she worked as an associate professor at the Department of “Uzbek Language and Humanities” of the Fergana Branch of the Tashkent University of Information Technologies named after Muhammad al-Khwarizmi. Since October 15, 2024, he has been an associate professor at the Department of Social Sciences and Physical Culture of the International Medical University of Central Asian Medical University. He is the author of 5 monographs, 1 manual, and more than 180 articles.
