Shakhnoza Normatova

Normatova Shakhnoza Anvarovna was born in 1976 in the Fergana region. She has a total of 26 years of professional experience. In June 1999, she graduated with honors from the Fergana Branch of the 2nd Tashkent State Medical Institute and began her career as an Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Hygiene-1.
She quickly established herself as a diligent, proactive, and highly qualified specialist, earning strong respect among faculty members, staff, and students. She is known for effective teamwork skills and the ability to foster a friendly and supportive working environment.
Throughout her career, she has held positions as Senior Lecturer, Head of Department, and Faculty Dean. She currently serves as Vice-Rector and actively participates in academic management and public engagement.
In 2017, she defended her PhD dissertation entitled “Assessment of the Role of Milk and Dairy Products in Population Nutrition and the Safety of Their Production.” She is the author of more than 150 scientific articles and abstracts, as well as the monograph “Issues of Quality and Safety of Milk and Dairy Products.” In 2021, she was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor in Medical Sciences by the Higher Attestation Commission.
From 2012 to 2014, she participated as a Junior Researcher in a scientific project at the Fergana Regional Center for Innovation Activity and Technology Transfer; from 2022 to 2024, she served as a Senior Researcher in an international Uzbekistan–Belarus research project.
In 2023, she was awarded the academic title of Academician by the decision of the Presidium of the Turan Academy of Sciences. In her professional activities, she consistently supports national reforms and social initiatives.
