Turgunov Jahongir Mamurovich was born on December 22, 1985 in the city of Kuva. In 1992, he began his primary education at the 33rd comprehensive school in the Kuva district, and in 1998 he continued his studies at the 2nd lyceum in the district, graduating from the 11th grade in 2003. In 2005, he was admitted to the Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies (now a university) on a state grant for a bachelor's degree in philosophy. In 2009, he completed his bachelor's degree and continued his studies at the same institute on a contract basis in the master's degree program in the philosophy and history of the Modern East, graduating in 2011. In 2012-2014, he worked as a specialist on personnel issues at the Council of the People's Democratic Party of Uzbekistan in the Bektemir district of Tashkent. In 2014-2017, he was engaged in private entrepreneurship in Tashkent. In 2017-2021, he worked as deputy head of the Preschool Education Department of Kuva District, and in 2021-2023, he was the head. Since 2024, he has been working as a teacher (assistant professor) at the Department of Social Sciences and Physical Education of the Central Asian Medical University in Fergana. Married, has 2 children.
