Abdullayev Umidjon Rakhmonalievich was born on March 22, 1979 in Zarkent MFY, Toshlok district, Fergana region. I entered school in 1985, and graduated from grade 11 in 1996. In 1997, I was admitted to the Faculty of Physical Culture of Fergana State University, and in 2001 I received a bachelor's degree in Physical Culture and Physical Education. In 2001, I started working as a Physical Education teacher at the Fergana Medical College and worked there until 2017. In 2018-2019, I worked as a Physical Education teacher at the Fergana Pedagogical College. In 2019-2021, I worked as a Physical Education teacher at school No. 26 of Fergana city. In 2021, I worked as a tutor at the Faculty of Zoology of FarSU. In 2021-2023, I studied as a master's student in the field of Theory and Methodology of Sports Training at FarSU. In 2023-2025, I worked as an assistant at the Department of Fundamentals of Preventive Medicine, Public Health and Sports at the Fergana Medical Institute of Public Health. Since 2025, I have been working as an assistant at the Department of Social Sciences and Physical Culture at the International Medical University "Central Asian Medical University".
