Tusmatov Shokhrukh Rasuljon oglu was born on January 27, 1995 in Uchkuprik district, Fergana region. In 2021, he graduated from the Kokand State Pedagogical Institute (full-time), and in 2023, he graduated from the Kazan Federal International University, Russian Federation (full-time), with a master's degree in Intercultural Dialogue and Foreign Languages ​​in Professional Fields.
Currently, since 2023, he has been working as a teacher of foreign languages ​​in medicine at the CAMU International Medical University. He has published scientific articles and theses in more than 10 international and republican scientific journals and has international TESOL, TKT certificates.
At the same time, he is currently conducting research work on the topic "Interpretation of details about medicine in world and Uzbek literature" as an independent researcher (PhD) at Fergana State University.
