Uktamov Muhammadkarim Vahobjon oglu was born on April 3, 1997 in the Oltiariq district of Fergana region. In 2021, he graduated from Fergana State University (full-time) with a bachelor's degree, and in 2023 from Fergana State University (master's degree). In 2017-2018, he was a student at the Kokand State Pedagogical Institute, in 2018-2021, he was a student at Fergana State University, in 2021-2023, he was a master's student at Fergana State University, and in 2019-2023, he worked as an English teacher at the 26th comprehensive school of the Oltiariq district. From 2022 to the present, he has been working as a teacher of English language and literature at Fergana State University, and since 2023, he has been working as a teacher of foreign languages ​​in medicine at CAMU International Medical University. He has published scientific articles and theses in more than 10 international and republican scientific journals.
