Ubaydullayeva Dilafruz Makhammadjonovna, was born on November 5, 1980 in Fergana district, Fergana region. In 2001, she graduated from the Faculty of Economics of Fergana State University, in 2009, she completed a master's degree in the international joint program of the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Reclamation and the University of Wageningen in the Netherlands, in 2015 she completed her doctoral studies at the Department of Ecological Engineering of Hacettepe University in Turkey. In 2015-2017, she worked as a chief specialist in Emergency Situations and Radiation and Environmental Monitoring at the Nature Protection Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in 2019-2023, she was a teacher at the Faculty of International Trade of the Korea International University in Fergana, and in 2023-2025, she worked as a marketing specialist for the World Bank's "Rural Entrepreneurship Development Phase 2" project. Since 2025, he has been working as a Turkish language teacher at CAMU International Medical University.
