Yulchiyeva Saylibarkhon Tojiboyevna was born on April 7, 1973 in the Bulokboshi district of Andijan region. In 1997, she graduated from the Fergana branch of the II Tashkent State Medical Institute. Faculty of Medical Preventive Work.
