Yusupov Islambek Abdumutalib oglu was born on December 31, 1992 in Kuva district, Fergana region. In 2016, he graduated from Fergana State University with a bachelor's degree in Chemistry, and in 2023, he graduated from Fergana State University with a master's degree in Chemistry.
Yusupov Islambek Abdumutalib oglu began his career in 2017 at the "Farganaazot" Joint Stock Company.
From 2019 to 2022, he worked as a higher-category chemistry teacher at Kuva district secondary school No. 28, and in 2022, he worked as a higher-category chemistry teacher at Kuva city secondary school No. 27 under the Kuvasoy city secondary education system.
Since 2023, he has been working as a lecturer in Medical Chemistry at the Faculty of Medicine of the Central Asian Medical University.
