Isakov Gafurjon Tolqinjon oglu was born on July 10, 1991 in the Rishton district of Fergana region. In 2019, he graduated from the Chemical Technology department of the Fergana Polytechnic Institute, and in 2023, he graduated from Fergana State University with a master's degree in Chemistry.
Isakov Gafurjon Tolqinjon oglu worked in a number of positions at the Fergana Chemical Plant Limited Liability Company in 2019-2023. Since 2023, he has been working as a lecturer in Medical Chemistry at the Faculty of Medicine of the Central Asian Medical University.
