Rakhmonov Kamoliddin Khaydarovich graduated from Andijan State Medical Institute in 2005.
Rakhmonov Kamoliddin Khaydarovich began his career in 2007 as a postgraduate student at the Rassiya A.N. Bakaluyev Scientific Research Center for Cardiovascular Surgery. From 2010 to 2025, he was a cardiovascular surgeon, a research associate at the Rassiya A.N. Bakaluyev Scientific Research Center for Cardiovascular Surgery. From 2022 to 2023, he was the deputy chief physician of the Fergana Regional Children's Multidisciplinary Center for Innovative Technologies and Complex Operations.
Since 2022, he has been working as a teacher at the Faculty of Medicine of the Central Asian Medical University.
