Mukhtarov Farrukh Muhammadovich was born on March 12, 1980 in the Fergana region, Uzbekistan. In 2004, he graduated from Tashkent University of Information Technologies (full-time), in 2006 from Tashkent University of Information Technologies (master's degree), in 2009 from Tashkent University of Information Technologies (master's degree).
