Boltaboyev Alisher Murodiljon oglu was born on November 1, 1965 in the Kyrgyzstan Shahri district. In 1988, he graduated from the Kyrgyz State Medical Institute, with a master's degree in Cardiology.
Boltaboyev Alisher Murodiljon oglu began his career in 2018 as the head of the 3rd family clinic of the city of Kuvasoy, Fergana region, and from 2018 to 2021 he studied for a master's degree in Cardiology at the Andijan State Medical Institute. From 2018 to 2021, he worked as a doctor on duty at the Emergency Department of the Andijan Medical Association. From 2021 to the present, he has been working as a cardiologist at the Meridian Diagnostic Hospital clinic.
Since 2022, he has been working as a teacher at the Faculty of Medicine of the Central Asian Medical University. During this time, he has published more than 30 international scientific articles and abstracts. Author of a monograph and textbook
