Sotibildiyev Shokirjon Umarovich was born into an intelligent family in the Beshariq district of the Fergana region. In 1997, he graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of Fergana State University, specializing in medical engineering.
Sotibildiyev Shokirjon Umarovich began his career in 1997 as an engineer at the Fergana Military Hospital. In 1998-1999, he served in the military service.
In 1999-2001, he was a sanitary doctor at the State Sanitary Epidemiological Control Center of Kuvasoy city, in 2001-2001, a medical methodologist at the Beshariq District Health Center, in 2001-2010, a military serviceman on a contract basis, in 2011-2012, an engineer-physicist at the Fergana Regional State Sanitary Epidemiological Control Center, in 2012-2015, head of the sanitary hygiene laboratory at the Fergana District State Sanitary Epidemiological Control Center, in 2015-2018, a sanitary doctor metrology at the Fergana District State Sanitary Epidemiological Control Center, in 2018-2019, chief specialist of the education quality control department of the Fergana Branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy, in 2019-2020, head of the educational and methodological department of the Fergana Branch of the Tashkent Medical Academy, In 2020-2021, he worked as the head of the educational and methodological department of the Fergana Public Health Medical Institute, in 2021-2021, he was an assistant at the Department of Biophysics and Information Technologies of the Fergana Public Health Medical Institute, and in 2022-2023, he was the deputy dean for academic affairs of the Faculty of Arts of Fergana State University.
From 2023 to the present, he has been working as the director of the Simulation Center of the Central Asian Medical University.
