Education Quality Control Department

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 515 dated July 18, 2017 “On the organization of the activities of the State Inspectorate for Quality Control of Education under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan” and the Order of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 497 dated July 24, 2017 “On ensuring the implementation of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 515 dated July 18, 2017”, the Department of Quality Control of Education was established at the Central Asian Medical University.

The main goal of the Education Quality Control Department is to improve the quality of the educational process at the university and ensure the training of highly qualified specialists based on modern educational standards and professional requirements.

The main tasks of the department are:

  • implementation of state policy on monitoring the quality of educational processes, teaching staff, personnel training and advanced training in the education system, assigning qualification categories to pedagogical personnel
  • analysis of the compliance of the knowledge of pupils, students and trainees with the state educational standards, state requirements and qualification requirements of the Republic of Uzbekistan, determining the rating of educational institutions
  • development of control materials to determine the knowledge of teachers, students, traineess
  • monitoring the quality of education and personnel training based on modern information and telecommunication technologies
  • conducting social surveys to study the quality of education and personnel training in educational institutions
  • control the activities of the HEMIS system at the university, control the gradual transition of the educational process to the credit-module system
  • control the readiness of the university for the next Attestation processes
  • conduct a survey to determine the objectivity and transparency of assessing students' knowledge in the subjects taught at the university, as well as the creation of sufficient conditions for their learning in order to improve the quality of education at the university

    The Department of Education Quality Control works closely with faculties, departments, and other structures to improve the quality and efficiency of education at the university.
