The department is a structural unit of the university that participates in improving the work carried out to improve the spiritual and physical development of students during its work, participates in the formation of priority areas of spiritual, educational and educational work at the university, develops relevant regulatory documents, measures and work plans, and participates in the improvement of spiritual and educational work in cooperation with the city and district branches of the Republican Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment, as well as foundations and public organizations operating in our country.
The department coordinates the activities of faculty members, doctoral students, young scientists, and researchers, promotes the practical implementation of research outcomes, and expands international scientific cooperation.
The main areas of spiritual, educational and educational work are:
To cultivate an attitude of understanding of national, family, parental, neighbor, neighborhood, and nation-state duties
To develop high spiritual qualities in professors-teachers, workers-employees, and students-youth, to educate them in a spirit of loyalty to our rich historical and cultural heritage and traditions, respect for universal human values, love for our Motherland, and loyalty to the ideas of national independence
To widely promote social activity, initiative, respect for study and profession, and a sense of social responsibility among students
Protect the interests of students, create all the necessary conditions for their education and healthy life
Develop the socio-political and legal consciousness of students, expand their critical and analytical thinking
Establishing ideological immunity among students and youth in the fight against international terrorism, religious and political extremism, drug addiction and organized crime
Forming the worldview of students and youth on the basis of legal and democratic principles, educating them in the spirit of loyalty and patriotism to the idea of strengthening the independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan
