The University Council is the highest collegial governing body of the university, responsible for reviewing and making decisions on the most important issues related to educational, research, innovative, and spiritual-enlightenment activities. The Council operates in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Education” and relevant regulatory documents.
The University Council is a key strategic governance body based on the principles of collegiality, transparency, and responsibility, playing a vital role in enhancing the quality of education and strengthening the university’s academic potential.
The University Council functions under the leadership of the Rector and directs the intellectual, academic, and organizational potential of the university community toward improving the quality of higher education, training competitive specialists, and ensuring the sustainable development of the institution.
